Responsibilities:

  • Build vendor and partner relationships; qualify additional potential; schedule sales/demo appointments for vendors stemming from partnerships and inside sales leads
  • Identify, attract, sign and grow new reseller partnerships
  • Support partners to succeed –develop sales and marketing plans, and organize training sessions
  • Solicit, negotiate and secure new vendor partnerships to meet quarterly revenue objectives and drive business
  • Effectively manage a pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle-from prospecting through final negotiation and assisting with vendor launch
  • Ensure partner relationship efforts align with and support organizational strategy
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
  • Identify target vendors, partners and distribution opportunities; defining needs and business requirements and generating new business within existing vendor relationships
  • Identify trends and expand the scope of your partnerships for continuous partnership success
  • Gains and maintains market information and knowledge in order to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares across assigned product portfolio
  • Maintain vendor and partner records by updating account information

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with partner management in a consulting organization is required
  • Solid understanding of Atlassian products (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate with vendors and other Atlassian partners to discuss business requirements
  • Ability to work independently, as well as thrive in a team environment
