OVERVIEW

TextUs has a thriving channel business that has grown organically over the years.  Starting this year, we are building a new channel team with a more intentional go-to-market sales and marketing plan for growth. This role will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing alliance partners to generate sales referrals for our direct sales team. Current partners include Salesforce, Microsoft, Workday, Hubspot and numerous Application Tracking Systems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with VP, Channels & Alliances to research, identify, qualify, and recruit new alliance partners
  • Enable partner sales teams with product demos, marketing and sales materials
  • Build productive long-term relationships with partner managers and sales teams at our partners
  • Drive incentives and SPIFs for partner sales teams
  • Leverage Partner Relationship Management software to perform account mapping with partners
  • Collaborate with TextUs CRO and Account Executives to co-sell with partners
  • Work closely with TextUs Marketing to develop joint marketing programs and assets including webinars
  • Maintain account, contact and opportunity data within Salesforce CRM
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and MRR growth
  • 10-15% travel to attend conferences and visit partners may be require

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3-4 years within a SaaS marketing, sales or partnership organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience developing sales presentations and materials
  • Comfortable presenting and conducting product demos to audiences of 5 to 10 people
  • Technical understanding and keen interest for technology
  • Competitive, sales focused and goal oriented
  • Self-starter who thrives in a startup environment
  • Comfortable working with sales tools including Salesforce, sales engagement software such as Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

  • Job Type: Full time
  • Compensation Range: $90,000 – $100,000
    • OTE: $120,000 – $130,000
  • Location: Remote (US) / Headquartered in Denver, CO
  • Target Start Date: 2 weeks from offer date
