In this role, you’ll run Copper’s partner channel, focused on identifying, closing and supporting key partners for our business. You will work closely with these partners to create a vibrant ecosystem of providers to support and grow Copper’s global customer base.  As a key part of Coppers Go to Market strategy you’ll play an integral role in the success of the company.

 

What you’ll do…

  • Drive development and growth of Copper’s partner strategy delivering revenue from existing and new partners
  • Own day to day relationships, enablement, operations, and success of partners
  • Track and handle partner sourced sales opportunities alongside our sales teams to increase win rates, attach rates, grow opportunity size, and accelerate time to close
  • Work cross-functionally to drive partner success, establish priorities, identify new opportunities for growth within the partner ecosystem, and successfully run multiple projects with ease
  • Work closely with the marketing team to facilitate and deliver compelling partner collateral and guidance
  • Evangelize the partnerships joint value proposition with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure awareness and collaboration

 

What you’ll bring…

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or account management/client success at a SaaS company selling to SMBs
  • Drive to close new business, comfort with working to revenue–based quotas
  • Desire to be hands-on in the negotiation of new partnerships, resolution of day-to-day challenges and support our partner network
  • Ability to optimally manage people cross-functionally and across partners, and resources in a complex environment
  • Business savvy, organization, and leadership to bring together sales, marketing and finance to deliver value to partners
  • Possess the technical and business understanding of CRM and Google Workspace
  • Interest in CRM and adjacent technologies and desire to stay abreast of the latest developments in the space
